By accessing or using TempDrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities and Content

You agree not to upload, transfer, or distribute any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
• Contains malware, computer viruses, trojans, ransomware, or malicious executable payloads.
• Infringes on copyrights, patents, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets of any third party.
• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual explicit material (which is immediately reported to authorities).
• Facilitates phishing, automated bot distribution, spam, or denial-of-service attacks.

3. Right to Terminate and Remove Content

Both TempDrop and its underlying storage provider reserve the right to remove any content or terminate access to files reported for abuse, copyright violations, or terms infringement without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

TempDrop is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. TempDrop makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime, data preservation, or third-party host availability.

Because files are automatically purged after 3 days, TempDrop must not be used as an archival or primary backup solution.
